Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued — under any circumstances.

Overview

CINC Builders provides custom homepage design services for CINC Pro real estate websites. Because our work is custom, labor-intensive, and begins immediately upon receipt of your order, all purchases are non-refundable. By placing an order with CINC Builders, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

Custom design work requires significant time, expertise, and resources that are committed the moment your order is confirmed. This includes:

Project intake and planning time allocated to your account

Designer hours reserved and scheduled on your behalf

Shutterstock licensing costs incurred for your project

AI content generation and SEO preparation specific to your business

No Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, decision to cancel the project, dissatisfaction with the layout options, changes in business circumstances, or failure to provide required project materials. This policy applies regardless of whether design work has begun.

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to delivering a homepage you're proud of. Every package includes:
